The bicycle is part of the road and of our city, it is not just a vehicle, it is a way of life. Equilibrium is the relationship that balance has as a fundamental axis to move forward - not only on the bicycle but also in life. Balance as a way of life.
As part of the 2022 Local Artist Program, the Burlington Public Art Program has commissioned local artists to create a variety of small to medium scale artworks throughout the community. The City has installed the designs of six local artists on traffic control signal boxes throughout the city as part of this year’s program. The artwork forms an urban art gallery that can be experienced and appreciated by residents.
