Orchard Community Park

Park features include: an artificial turf field, playground, sports field, outdoor basketball court, a splash pad with shade umbrellas, seating areas, grassy knolls and a playground. The park is free to attend and washroom facilities are available.

Reconstruction of the grass sportsfield at Orchard Community Park (2255 Sutton Dr.) is complete. The improvements to the field include:

  • New drainage and irrigation systems
  • New topsoil and new sod
  • New asphalt pathway, players benches and soccer goal posts

Although construction is complete, the field will remain closed until at least June 2016 while the new sod begins to grow.
