Concrete Relief
Morning’s First Light celebrates the natural beauty of Sioux Lookout Park and Roseland Creek and honors the multitude of plants and animals indigenous to the area. The symbolic, pattern-driven landscape creates a sense of movement and balance, reflecting the constant flow of water and wind that surrounds it.
TYGH Studio is a multi-disciplinary team composed of artists Rina McGrath, Crystal Yeomans, and Craig Wing-King. TYGH is a female-led artist team with members from different cultural backgrounds, including Indigenous and first-generation Canadians, as well as different artistic backgrounds, including design, fine arts, sculpture, and film. TYGH creates unique art installations and experiences, connecting people to ideas, stories, and to one another.
